  • Cancellation Before the Session Starts: Participants who wish to cancel their registration must do so at least 48 hours before the start of the scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation Due to Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, even after the session has started. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

2. No Refunds After Session Begins

Once a session or course has begun, no refunds will be provided. This policy is in place because we invest significant time and resources in preparing and delivering our sessions to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all participants.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone, providing your full name, email address, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
